Exhaust with or without resonator comparison
Just wanted to verify. Imagine we have two identicle exhaust systems, except one of them utilizes a resonator.
Now, which one would be louder and which one would resonate more? What other differences are there?

no resonator = louder, more resonance
A resonator is just a small muffler (usually straight through) in addition to the regular muffler that aids to quiet the exhaust note.
The sound difference will vary greatly between exhaust designs and with/without resonators.
