Default F20 engine stroking

Ok for a background story. On the way home from a latenight Waffle House run with my girlfriend, I pulled away from a stop light at 3000 RPMs maybe. I hear it clunk and die. After it got on the tow truck I could see the hole in the oil pan. And the connecting rod pushing throught the oil pan. I guess I found the clunk. Any ways to the real questions.
First I know very little about the H22a engine as far as years or anything else to do with a honda. The only car I know anything about is the S2000.

I want to do the F24 stroke if possible maybe ill be able to keep stock bore. It had 80,000 miles on the sleeves. Im not very rich. So I'll be doing this as functional as possible. Ive read the big sticky about this I just have a few questions.
One is are all the H22a parts interchangable besides non FRM freindly pistons.

Two: With the K24 crank and H22a connecting rod what specific bearings do I need from a H22a.

Three: So do the Prelude guys have to resleeve their blocks just to run new pistons. I see that everyone wants to run High Compression. Im prepared to spend some money on this but like ive said money is tight. So are there FRM friendly low compression pistons.

In final please try to keep all info helpful and friendly and no flaming please.

F24 sounds good to me, maybe the NA forum section (new area) would have a build expert in house...
