I am about to do an engine swap, an 04-05 f22 into my 01 ap1. Do I need to BAR the car, or can I just get a regular smog? Will it pass smog, and can I use my 01 ecu? Otherwise I may just need to get an illegal smog. Also I am in California where everything is more difficult for us
