Factory TPS setting...

Whats the factory Honda TPS setting? Ive been having idle problems and have tried 3 times, I have tried:
0.4
0.25
0.21

According to my AEM

Max = 4.53
Min = .35

fully closed: approximately 0.30 V
fully open: approximately 4.5 V
