Default Fan wont come on, OEM sensor, paper clip works

I'm stumped. Radiator fans come on with AC, doesn't come on if I pull relay, comes on instantly if I trip the connector with a paper clip. But if I let the car warm up I've seen it get to 207 and still not come on.

Idk what the old sensor is but now its a brand new sensor from hondapartsnow.com and part number is 37760-P00-003. I can't imagine something is wrong with any wiring since tripping with a paper clip closes the circuit like the switch should. I've bled the hell out of the coolant billman style(oem type 2) and seems to be solid.

I'm a little sick of running the heat all the time to keep it at 200f. What could be the problem?

I would test the thermal switch in boiling water to make sure it works, I think it should close at around 200F.

Refer to Chapter 10 in the Service Manual. Note the model year differences.

The temperature switch is located in the bottom ("cold") part of the radiator so where your temperature is measured will make a difference. Normal fan operation is roughly 196°-203°F so 207°F measured elsewhere may not indicate a problem. But the Service Manual is available.
