FEELS 2.3L kit for s2000!!!!!!!
WOW, look down at the lower right hand side, compression is 12.6:1 maybe? WOW. That's high. Looking at the dyno charts thought, the torque is much improved and the powerband is flatter, and the horespower isnt as peaky. Also, it doesnt appear that the redline has shifted either. That's a plus.

Well hello again all,
This kits looks sweet, now the only question is whos going to be ballsy enough to try it out. If i lived new bulletproof i would in a second. I just wish we could see some major drivetrain products to strengthen the drivetrain while we had the engine horse.

SuzukaS2k - check out Import Builders - their bottom end f20c makes 215 with no aftermarket stuff (12:1 CR, you could probably just swap pistons in your block). Add intake and exhaust, cams, and a little head work and some tuning, I bet you'd hit 250-260. Add the stroker to that and you might have your 290. I'm researching this very idea. I have the *dream* of cracking 300 to the wheels with only the motor. Head over to the "wideband 02 sensor" thread in UTH. Maybe we should start an official NA thread if there isn't one already.....
I think head work and major tuning to the timing are key in pushing this motor beyond 240-250... From what I've read here and in the mags is that this motor loves timing, but it really needs to be tweaked to get there.... car and driver got the f20c to 250+ on stock cams and some head porting. They were running 108 race gas of course, but it shows what this motor can do.
