fender lining question
hello all,
i tried doing a quick search but couldn't find anything concrete so i'm hoping the rest of you can help me out a bit
i had previously read something about the mudguard looking things on the fender liner that sits below the front bumper acting as some sort of wind guard for the wheels. i dont' know how much validity that has, but my question is assuming that is the case, is it safe for me to run without a fender liner on one side for the time being.
story behind me needing to take it off, dunno what happened but it caught my tire and basically long story short fender liner plastic is bent out of shape and draggin on the floor.
thanks for the input in advance

The front strake does help reduce high speed lift, but if you need to drive around for the time being it certainly won't kill the car.
Keep in mind that it does expose your inner fender where some electronics reside, so keep that in mind when driving in the rain or over road debris (rocks etc)

I have a friend who rolled his fenders and after doing so the liners did not fit correctly- they were always flapping. He took them out and everything was fine until his tires picked up a few small pebbels and dented his fender from the inside.
Just remember our fenders are made of thin metal.
Im in the same boat as you, random debris on freeway caused my lining to get torn and rub. I got frustrated and removed all of it.
Although I've seen some evo's that have aluminum or metal underlining. Does anyone make this for the S2000?
