Default Fender Rolling question.

Any of you guys had your fenders rolled? I have an eastwood fender roller here and I'm going to give it a shot. Now with the front fenders, do I just take out the tabs and tuck the liner in the fender or do I cut part of the plastic lining right out and just roll the fender? Thanks!

it's called fender ROLLING for a reason, not fender CUTTING.

thanks, boss...but the front fender has the clipsthat hold it to the fender, whereas the rears don't. So, I was just wondering if you unclip it and cut it a bit so you can roll JUST the fender? Thanks for the insightful answer though.

Just make sure you use a heat gun to heat up the paint a little bit before rolling to prevent paint from chipping.

I suspect you could cut them if you want to make more work for yourself but it's not necessary.

good tip speedstar

lol. so no one's answered the question. What do I do with the fender lining?? I can't see you tucking it into the fender then rolling it cuz then it might look bumpy depending on how much you roll, but I guess if you do a moderate roll then you could tuck the fender lining into the fender. Agreed?
