Didn't like the cruise control anyways. Too much weight and I never used it. Plus it was a great location for the Zex control unit.

Not sure why you would want to use cruise control on the S. There's pleasure in shifting gears and varying speed....

Nice setup! The diagram helps a lot when people try to run a similar setup.

Actually, you can simplify the diagram if you don't care about the cruise control over-ride switch or the purge into the aftercooler.

Without the cruise control over-ride switch, you can get rid of the relay and cruise control modifications. Just run the Throttle position sensor directly in the pressure switch and out to the Zex control unit.

Wiring was the biggest pain since everything is under the dash and you're working upside down in a very cramped area.

Don't forget the fuses! I did not include them in the diagrams.

That is similar to how mine is wired, except I am using modifry shift module and the output (negative) is going to the Zex controler.

Absolutely beautiful - planning and execution first rate. Have a blast, but don't overdo the gas until she blows - NOS can (I am told) be like crack or smack - you start out in control, and eventually it just gets to the point where you cannot let off. That ids one reason I had to sell all my sport bikes - i was an adrenaline junkie and they kept making them more and more powerful, and my right hand just could not say ENOUGH!

Be fast and furious, but keep youself and your car in one piece.

damnn!! you planned this out really well!

so let me get this straight... you arm the nitrous... then when you hit wot... it goes into your vortech until it reaches 3psi of boost then automatically gets shunted to the n-tercooler? then when you use the cruise control buttons the nitrous just sprays into the supercharger until you let off the gas?

and i cant really read your dyno that well... the legend is kinda fuzzy... what does done differently in each run?

The blue line is the SC HP curve without nitrous. The red is SC HP curve with nitrous. The other plots are before I had SC.

Nitrous is cut off at 3-4 psi, but does not automatically re-route to the aftercooler.

There is a seperate purge switch under the dash that sprays into the aftercooler. The cruise control is used to over-ride the boost control switch -- used to activate nitrous above 3-4 psi of boost.
