Unless they did something completely ridiculous, the wheel has no impact on those things.

pretty much all you can do is start tracing wires and see if there is a short or a bad ground somewhere. I would also check all of your fuses.

You may want to pick up the factory service manual, it has wiring diagrams for everything.

kinda weird that everything under the steering wheel is busted, no? lights, wipers...etc? do you think thats pure coincidence? I doubt it...

Sorry, no pictures as I never had to take my steering wheel off yet...

when i checked everything seem to be in the right place, except for the horn wire which he didnt wire.

and yea i got a good deal on this car.
front ap2 conversion
ap2 lights
lip
tsudo catback exhaust
lowered (forget what coilovers)
subs
headunit
aftermarket steering wheel
5zigen pro racer 17" rims new tires

for 10k

i didnt think these electrical stuff would be too hard to fix

also how do i install bulbs. ive noticed this guy put HID bulbs in HIGHBEAMS. and wired it wrong. so if i can just get it into the low beam bulb i should be good, better than blinding ppl.

the back of the headlight has a cap, and dont know how to put in the bulb.. sorrrrry noob here..
