Default flashing check engine light but no code on kpro!

Hello everyone i have a 2002 honda s2000 with kpro with all the conversions.
My car was built for turbo just never got turbo'd so i have low compression
yesterday started my car and noticed a "solid" check engine light so i got my friend to bring me my computer so i walked over to a place to eat but when i got back my battery was dead. i just push started it and the light was gone i began to to drive home and my cel flashed and i couldnt get a code. it went away and this morning as i drove to school it began flashing again but stops when im in idle... threw out the whole time k pro never found an error code..any ideas what it could be?

I believe a flashing CEL while driving is indicative of an intermittent misfire, if I'm remembering correctly.

Could be misfire or knocking. Kpro has a feature to have the cel flash to indicate knock.

It depends on your protection notification set-up. Mine is set up to do something if I got knock.
