Flashing Dash lights and no start

When I turn the ignition on, the dash turns on and flickers and the car won't start. The engine did turn over, but now doesn't do anything when I push the start button. Battery is good. Any ideas?

check the cable connection starting at the battery. it runs to the fuse box where you will see a 100amp fuse (i believe) fuse should be good if the dash flickers. my guess is a bad ground.
