Default Replacing track rod end boot

Hello, I've been looking but cant seem to find any help on this topic. I had to cut off the track rod end rubber boot on the rear control arm so that my vice pliers could grip the shaft while I unscrewed the nut. Now before I put the toe arm back on the car I need to replace the track rod end rubber boot but cant get it on. I cant figure out how to get the rubber boot on and when it is on I dont know how to screw the nut on without the shaft spinning Any advice will be much appreciated and I'm sure will help lots of other people who have to replace track rod end boots.

Thanks
Kevin

You got any power tools? You could always put a small c clamp on the toe arm where the ball joint is pressed in, and on the knuckle. If you have power tools start the bolt by hand then zip it on there with the power tool.

Check near the bottom, c clamp works, but I have really nice power tools so I just use them.
