I have a MY2000 bought at 9K miles, now have 35K miles. Recently I noticed a flat spot around 4K and once at 7K. There is no consistency I can't make it it do it. When it does happen it seems to be when I'm not hard on the throttle. Any Ideas?

 

I'm assuming that you have no other mods to the engine, because if you do, the following may not apply.
Try the "MAP whack" and ECU reset. Look in the FAQs in "Technical" on how to do this.
