Maybe, use a scanner code reader and see if there are any codes?

Quick Update: so this happens consistently only on light partial throttle and and in the lower rpm ranges. First I thought it was a wiring issues, but now I am thinking maybe tune or out of spec valve clearances? Ill probably end up doing a compression test just in case. Sigh

VTEC? VTEC activation doesn't occur until 6000 rpm at full throttle on a stock S2000. Tach never gets above 4800rpm in those 15 seconds of video.

So far from briefly looking over it, the problem that it is pointing towards is a lean condition on light throttle and also improper valve lash settings. I hope this is what is and not something to do with the head or pistons.

Roger that. Still needs WOT. Really shouldn't change cams just blipping the throttle or running at over 4200 without load. The guys with good ears are noting misfires so there should be codes or pending codes in the ECU.
