Default Is this flywheel reusable?

Hey guys, I'm wondering if this flywheel is reusable or not. I can possibly get it resurfaced but I'm more concerned about the rust spots on it. Can it be used in this condition? TIA.

dont worry one bit about it! take it to your local tranny shop, they should have a flywheel stone to resurface it.

Then take some sand paper or a air sander and take off the rust. I wouldnt even really bother with the rust that isnt interfering with the bolt circles.

Yep agreed. Get it resurfaced and clean it up a little bit around where the PP mounts and you could do a little WD40 wet sand on the back side if your worried about the spots. A little wipe down after with 3 ans 1 oil will help keep it from rusting further. But its really just cosmetic. Try not to get any on the friction disc surface area, if you do just wipe it up with some break clean or WD40 and a paper towel. Id probably clean it up first and then get it resurfaced, that way your grubby hands aren't getting all over the fresh surface area which needs to be contamination free for the clutch disc.
