my name is mike and i am a new owner of a 2003 spa yellow pearl S2000. one of the things i wanted to do was replace the faux small grill inserts with fog/driving lights. i have been looking online but have only been able to find small round or oval high intensity driving lights. can anyone suggest where i might be able to find some fog/driving lights which fit into the small grill space in order to appear as a smooth and designed fit as opposed to "tacked on" lights?

my local honda dealer has nothing to offer which is frustrating as i used to have a 1993 Civis Si and purchsed some fog lamps which fit into the smaller side grill openings flushly through the dealer. this is why i was hoping to find some for the S2000. personally, i think the look would be great. i appreciate any insight or info!

Happy driving everybody!

Thanks,

Mike

Do a search of the threads - a few people have fit foglights from an Honda Oddessy (?) into the faux brake ducts...

I think Rick Hesel did that.

I saw Rick's , They look pretty good and yes they are Odysseus lights. They are slightly larger than the openings and you will need to trim beyond the edges to get it to fit. They are also expensive direct from AMH. Rick is also working on a clear lense to fit the opening, you then can install any light behind the lense for a clean look. I have thought of doing this and may experiment also. The other option is to cut a circular hole dead center in the opening and mount a round style in it. Post some pics if you do try something.

Thanks to everyone's responses! I really appreciate it. I received an email from Rick. He advised his process was something that a speed shop might be able to take care of for me since I don't have the resources or experience to try something like this on my own. If he really is developing something of his own I would much prefer to give him my business. At any rate, thanks again!!
