Default Freshly built engine running like doo doo

Hey s2ki, so I've got quite the conundrum going and I've scoured the internet far and wide and haven't found anyone with the same issues I'm facing anywhere.
So here's some background before I explain the issues.
I hydrolocked my engine and blew cylinder 3 open in 2017. Since then I have pieces together my rebuild and finally got it done this year. The car sat for about 2 1/2 years and finally moved under it's own power earlier this month. Yayyy... Sort of.
Before I go further, here's a list of the rebuild specs:
New ap2 block
Darton sleeves
Forged Arias 11.5:1 CR PistonsForged Skunk2 Alpha series rods
King bearings
New thrust washers
Arp head studs
Supertech dual valve springs
Ap2 retainers (both I&e)
new knock sensor
Megan header
Berk 70mm test pipe
Invidia N1 exhaust
K&N typhoon intake
Stage 2 clutch w/ 9lbs flywheel
new spark plugs
replaced every other gasket/seal with oem parts
And reused every necessary part from original engine.

So when I first got it turned on (after siphoning out old gas) it ran very poorly. It couldn't idle on its own without blipping the throttle to higher rpms and holding it, then upon releasing the throttle it'd stall out.
I replaced the injectors, coil packs and IACV and I've gotten it to where it is driveable now. It can hold it's own idle, though it sounds like it has a burble to it at idle. When engine isn't warmed up there's almost no hope in driving it as it bogs like crazy under throttle. Then once it's warmed up you can almost drive it normally but only using about 30% throttle, anything beyond that and it falls on it face with a massive bog coupled with quick short backfires/burbles almost like a 2 step.

So far my leading suspicions are TPS or fuel pump/fuel system issues.

Thanks for reading this far! I'd really appreciate any and all input, thanks guys!

any compression readings or leak down test results just to rule those out as factors? also any check engine light codes?

No compression readings yet, but as far as cel codes I've gotten the random multiple misfire code, air pump failure and primary o2 lean. But they are all intermittent and haven't come on as frequently as of yet.

It's definitely a fuel issue. What happens when you disconnect the fuel pressure regulator vacuum hose?

Fuel pump probably full of varnish.

Check the timing, tps, and the fuel pump0. If it set for over two years it could be varnish. Good luck.

New 70mm throttle body with TPS came in today so I'll get that installed later today. I'm gunna try to run a bottle or two of fuel system cleaner through it as well. Whenever I get a chance this weekend I'll pull the valve cover and check the timing and valve lash.
