I took my bumper off to put on my lip and now it fit a terrible. I took off the bumper once to change headlights and it went back on no problem. This time I didn't even touch the brackets and it fits like this... anyone know any good tips

 

It looks like the bumper is sitting too high. Are you sure the bumper is lined up with the headlight bracket under it?

 

There are two U clips under each headlight. The radius of the U is at the back. You need to push in and then holding in.....push down. When the bumper springs back out the lower U leg will be be below the retainer. It is currently resting above it (i.e. The lower leg of the u is sitting atop the retainer)
