Default Front I-Beam flex

does anyone have any idea how much flex the front I-beam in the engine compartment undergoes in hard driving condition? Is it stiff enough to mount something that requires a very hard mount point and must remain rigid?

I know the frame flexes quite a bit, but the I-beam seems relatively stiff and doesn't appear to do much flexing or twisting. Is there a way to test this?

I expect that the I-beam in front of the engine is probably one of the strongest links in the chain. I really doubt any flexing happens there.

If you wanted to test it, you could probably stretch a couple pieces of bailing wire diagonally from the top of one shock tower, to the bottom of the other (in a cross) and fasten them tightly. Then go do some hard cornering, and see if they stretch or loosen.
