Default Front jacking point

So in this previous thread, Billman talks about the front jacking point being deceiving and looking like there's "two jack points", I didn't find much clarification on any of the other threads (at least not with pictures that still worked), so I thought I would take some to clarify.

Alright, here we go under the front of the car, I'm assuming from the service diagrams that the area in red is where the jacking point is

Now a closer look, are the "two jacking points" the two different folds here in the metal and that the correct one is the "rear" red highlighted one? Or would it be more secure to use the blue area to jack the front from (which seems to be part of the engine/trans, which I guess would be another hard spot analogous to the diff on the rear jacking point).

thanks

Just as pictured in the service manual, the red and green area is the spot. The blue area is the oil pan. Don't use that.

^ can rip your motor mounts clean off if you jack from the oil pan!

Last pic, bottom shows B. When some people jack the car, they make the mistake of putting the jack under the fender flange. The lift flange the one to the rear.
