Default Front Lower Ball Joint

Hi,

I need to replace my passenger side front lower ball joint. However, when I google it, I can't figure out whether it's the straight ball joint or the one with the 'wings' for bolts. Here's pics to demonstrate:

Or this one

I'm guessing the first one I posted is the lower, but I just wanted to make sure.

It's the one with the "wings" aka flange.
OEM part # 51230-S2A-000 (the ball joint assembly, inc dust boot)
A quick browse showed they remained the same over the (model)years, even the CR.

Please check for yourself!

The other one is pressed into the upper arm.
AFAIK you can't buy the OEM upper ball joint seperately from the upper arm.
