Are front springs the same as rears?

Are front springs the same as rears?

If I want to install my stock springs, how do I know what are the fronts and rears? They don't have any markings that I am aware of like the Espelirs did.

When I took off my stock springs, I noticed that the front springs seemed to be a little longer than my rear springs. I don't know if that helps any. If your installing new stock spings then I'm sure that will not help. Wish I could be of more help to you
