Default Front wheels stuck after tightening lugs???

My car has been sitting for almost 3 months. I went to relocate it in the garage and the car resisted moving in both forward and reverse gears. At first I thought it might be because I had just put heavier duty diff fluid while it sat, but I jacked up the rear and the wheels spun freely in the gears. I jacked up the front and was surprised that I couldn't roll either wheel with the wheels on. But once I removed the wheels, I could rotate the hub/rotor. When I went to put the wheels back on I noticed that even after just finger-tightening the lugs, I couldn't rotate the wheels. Are my wheel bearings shot?

Your caliper or pad is probably seized.

I'm assuming you don't have the small rotor screws in?

Are your front wheels hitting something?

Is the car modified?

I just installed a set of coilovers and Buddy Club Extended Camber Ball Joints set at maximum camber.

Make sure the ball joint isn't hitting the inside of the wheel

sounds exactly like this. the ball joint has to be hitting the inside of the wheel at the bottom. Time to get bigger wheels!

Might want to also see where the tires are rubbing parts or if they are free in the wheel well.. sounds like so much camber the wheels are hitting something, maybe the springs?
