fuel line help

fuel line help
line on the fuel rail crimped (seen from underneath facing the back of the car) it’s been like this since i bought the car 7 months ago and my car runs and drives but it idles weird and my car runs out of gas before it’s all the way out. i’m not sure what it’s for or where to get a part to replace the line but please help!
