Default fuel pressure?

i have on a adjustable fuel pressure regulator and its set at 50psi when i got a tune. but now on dd the car choke a lot when getting off the line. i heard it need to be between 35psi to only 40psi. is that the right? also if anyone know the stock one could they tell me. i know that if i change the fuel pressure at all i would have retune the car again. i talk to the shop but havent really got anyone input back so i would just like to know where the fuel pressue is soppose to be at so i can set it back down. also i am getting a check light for bank 1 system running to rich so now i know it is the problem. thanks

Helms manual says 38-46 Psi. Did you hook up the vacuum line for rising rate?
