I'm interested in a rising rate fuel pressure regulator for the S2000. They were all the buzz a year or so back but I don't hear much about them these days. What is the consensus on them?

I would prefer one with a gauge.

If anyone has one second hand or can advise me where to get one new I would be appreciative.

On a stock car.............does nothing!(I know from experience) The ECU also factors it OUT by playing with pulse timing over time. Your better with a VAF-C.

I have one. It seems you may be able to tune for WOT a little, but anything you do will be optimized for a temperature so I found it a waste of time. I keep mine set in the factory range and dont fool with it.

I have a V-AFC, but need the FPR for my forced induction exercise.

LOL something like that. It kinda stalled with Roger a while back but I'm still working on it in my spare time.

What needs work? I thought a turbo was a tried and true solution? The only issue is tuning, isn't it? I know that turbo manifolds already exist, you can use any garret ball bearing turbo, it's been done where the intercooler is front mounted and the radiator moved back... So all the experimentation and research has been done already)

I sent Roger an email today asking him when he's going to get his shop back and put a bit of pressure on him to make promises he can keep... I'll see what response I get...

Most turbo solutions are about 1/4 mile times and peak hp. I'm more into mid-range torque and drivability. That's a bit trickier. Fuel tuning is no big deal, a bigger pump, FPR and VAFC, but ignition timing is another question. Hence the work with Roger.

And another question is a turbo that will develop usable power down low, but not run out of puff up high.
