Hooked up the engine wiring harness and grounded it, gave it power from the fuse box and plugged it into the Ecu, no luck, no immobilizer light. Swapped back to the 05 Ecu and ignition and same thing

If you have another key try that. Mostly likely the immobilizer inside the key is damaged.

You may find you are wasting your time even messing with it. The system may need those other components...you are missing a lot.

If you are getting no key light and no CEL then your ECU is not communicating. Most likely due to a missing engine.

Why even worry about a fuel issue with a missing engine? It is very likely when the car is complete things will work as they should.

It the main power cable there from the fuse block? it is part of the engine harness, so that is a big factor. Your ECU may have no power at all.

Replaced the fuses under the hood according to the service manual and reconnected the ignition wiring and it works now. Woohoo!

Are/were there JDM harness/ECU's in the mix? If so the fuel pump wire at the ECU plug needs to be moved. From memory its A15 and A15. Green/yellow.

Unplug the ECU, find this wire and use a length of wire to short to ground. The pump should then run.
