When in my car, when i turn the headlights on nothing lights up. The speedometer works fine because tat never lights up.

then tail lights also do not work. the brake lights work when the brake pedal is depressed, but when the headlights are on the tail lights do not work

any suggestions?

 

Check the fuses inside the car. And then then work ur way under the hood for the relays.
