FYI: Replacement O2 Sensor (Secondary / After)
Recently had an issue with my secondary / after catalytic convertor O2 sensor. I was removing the sensor for a test pipe install and the O2 sensor had all of the threads stripped out... thus making it damn near impossible to reuse.
So, instead of payint $200 from HondaAutomotiveParts.com (The cheapest OEM sensor)... I tried my luck with AutoPartsWarehouse.com
The part was only $50 and some change shipped to me.

Please note that I have an '04... you guys with AP1s or '06 and up may have to find a different solution... I haven't searched the site to see if they have sensors for your years or if the '04 sensor will work on other years.
I ordered it noon time on Friday, got it around 3:00PM the next day. I'm in Vegas, so the part only had to travel from California... but either way, that's a quick turn-around.
The part looked identical to the OEM, except for the wire protector, which looked a little thin to help from the wires melting... but not something that wasn't easily fixed with some rubber tubing. It had the OEM connector and roughly the same length of wires.
Pulled the fuse, jacked the car up, removed temporary o2 sensor fix (a o2 sensor from my CRX left overs), installed the new sensor, lowered car, replaced fuse and drove it around. No check engline light so far. Granted, it's only got 10miles on it... but it had plenty of time to heat up.
Cliff Notes:
Found a cheap alternative to the OEM replacement O2 sensor, that isn't one of the universal sensors. No cutting wires, no crap crimp connectors.
