FYI on TCT
FYI: My experience with TCT and oil type
After having a failure of my TCT, I replaced it and the oil I used. (I read where Mobil 1 synthetic was bad for TCT).
I changed to the Castrol 0w30 european blend (8 to 9 bucks a quart).
Well, after 47k miles, my TCT is turfed again. I think a TCT mod is in my future.

Exactly , it's just a crappy designed part, oil brand will not affect the life of this part, they will all fail at some point in time.
