Default Gap Driveshaft and Differential

Hi Guys,

I there suppose to be a gap between the connecting flanges of the driveshaft and differential?

There is something amiss. You should not be able to see bolt threads, once shaft is tightened.

The driveshaft is falling out. Tighten the bolts front and back.

I'm wondering if he shouldn't replace the bolts instead of just tightening them. If he's been driving it with them like that they may not be in very good shape.
Just a thought..

Default problem

so i have this same gap but i have found that the bolt on the dif side inside the flange is protruding too far to let the driveshaft slip all the way in, any one know how to fix this problem?

Likely a non OEM bolt.

i found the problem, after many calls with no help or knowledge i shitty video of the driveshaft removal prompted me to try flipping the ends to see if it was backwards, it was backwards. dont know how but im assuming it was the person i had replace my transmission because ive never touched that part of the car until now. its weird though because both ends looked the same but i decided to try it while i was already there and sure enough it worked
