Default gauge clock resets to 1:00 on startup

Hey guys I was wondering why my clock keeps resetting on start up of vehicle. I just purchased the car used and it does have an aftermarket stereo which maintains correct time.

Lastly I noticed the gas meter taking about 15-30 minutes to realize it has a full tank of gas after filling up. The % after showing a full tank was 100%, but after that it was permanently stuck on 80% Any ideas?

Thanks!

Seems there is a battery/memory feed to the dash that gets disturbed during a radio install. This would explain the clock and the fuel gauge.

My 05 doesn't have that issue and I installed a new radio. Clock and fuel gauge (bars not %) work fine.
