Hello everybody, not long owned my s2000 and it's still under warranty, but when I'm coming down the Rev range, I receive a loud tinny rattle
Noise from the gearbox at fought 3200-2000 rpm or round about that. Has anyone had this issue or no any potential problems? As the company I bought the car from are adamant that the car is fine
Any help or advice would be amazing! Thank you in advance

More than likely harmless clutch buzz, very common if so... What year?

 

I can only assume a late 2008 or 2009 model since Honda care is 7 year or 100k miles. Are you sure it's coming from the transmission and not a heat shield? Could be the cat going out as well, I've been through 2 of them already.

 

It's actually a 2000 model, I bought it from a dealership that's why it has warranty. Thank you for the response! Means a lot seeing as I don't really know a great deal when it comes to s2000's as this is my first
