Hey im new to the site but have been a long time enthusiast, so far I have a turbo the aem ems, spoon slip differential, hks hyper exhaust, toda flywheel, act stage 3 clutch and other little things inside. I was wondering whether at this stage is it really worth changing the gears or should I concentrate on doing the internals???

 

There are several owners that feel this is the best mod you can do. It makes daily driving much easier and quicker. IMHO it is probably the best $1200 +/- you can spend on this car. I am very happy with the 4.44s

Everyone that has them loves them, but the benefit will probably not be that great for a turbo. There are several SC'ed cars with 4.44 gears, but an SC doesn't have as much mid range as a turbo.

 

Very worth it, IMO.

Get the gears and a NEW exhaust. The HKS is to restrictive for a turbo setup, you are probably losing power.
