I run it, seems to work nicely, however for those that don't know, it's only recommended for AP1 models since AP2 models have the carbon syncros.

I have some of this sitting in my garage, I can't wait to try it out. I've heard nothing but good reviews from here.

I have it in my Ap2 and spoke with a couple honda mechanics....
your post is the first I have ever heard of that

5000 miles works fine

No experience with it in an S2000, but it did clean up 3rd gear's grind (mild grind before, zero now) with a friend's Civic.

i have a 2001... so i think im gonna give it a try. so i just go to GM dealer and ask for "GM syncromesh FM"??

Be prepared for the dealer to have never heard of it. Look up the part number from one of the many posts on this site. Or tell them you need the specific Friction Modified MTF used in NV1500 transmissions.

It's in some GM trucks and SUVs. That's what they make the MTF for. Hondas were not their target market....
