I run it in my AP2. Shifts are great. I'm quite sure Road Rage (see oil journals) runs it in his AP2 as well.

Please read the oil journals, this has all been covered. Last I knew, Road Rage was using Redline MTL in his tranny.

I switched to it in my 00. It helped a bit to remove the notchy shifting when cold, and smoothed out shifting a bit in general. I say it IS worth it. Not expensive.

I had that GM stuff, bought a whole case. I had nothing but bad experience with it. It made my tranny more notchy and stiff. I would get 2nd gear grind more often. When im at High speeds say 100+mph, i would grind 5th.
Used it for 10,000 and decided to swtich back to Honda MTF. I find that Honda MTF is better for me. But thats just me and my luck with the fluid. Everyone else seems to be fine.

I changed form Honda MTF to GMSMFM about 4K miles ago. I think both are excellent choices. I couldn't fel any difference.
