Default Which is a good code reader

I'm going to ask for a code reader for Christmas. Seems like there are several in the $70 range. Seekone SK860, Autel Al519 or 539. Is there one that works well with the S2000?

I have an Innnova 3150. Little out of your price range. This unit has worked well, for me. On my S2000, Element, wife's Lexus.

Thanks for the replies. Does anyone have experience with an Autel or Seekone?

I have a super cheap one from Amazon. Works just fine.

You don't really need much more than what the code is to diagnose most problems.

i have a Blue Driver bluetooth scanner ($99):
Amazon Amazon

It's very nice and well worth it. Just being able to scan remotely (through the phone app) and not be tied down with a cable is nice. It can datalog as well. I've been using the live feed option to help me bleed coolant in both my cars recently which was very nice. I was able to have my phone with me at the front of the car AND see the live feed of my water temp to know when my fans were about to come on since i was holding the revs to speed up the process.

Also, nice and compact so it doesn't take up much space in my glovebox.

Smart phones made these readers obsolete. Spend the $15 on a Bluetooth adapter and download your favorite free app.
