Default Got the check engine light (CEL).

Hey guys, I got a CEL a while back that I never got around to checking out until recently. The light came on around 29,500 miles and I'm at 31,000+ miles right now.. I had the code finally pulled up when I was getting an alignment and there were two of them.

1.) P0138 O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
2.) P0141 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

Can somebody help me with what this means? Can I fix this myself or do I need to take it somewhere? My S2000 is bone-stock except for springs that I installed about 2 weeks ago. I don't have warranty on my car at the moment and was hesitant to take the car into a dealer so I'm just kind of confused on what to do. Thanks for the help, I really appreciate it.
