Grinding gears
So both yesterday and today I grinded my gears. I feel extremely bad about it and I am worried about the damage I could have done. Should I be worried? I dont grind them often and its wierd that it happened 2 days in a row under similar circumstances. It was both on a 1-2 shift while accelerating fairly hard, but not WOT. And im not sure but I feel like I pressed the clutch in all the way. Could this be a problem with the car?

When a gear grinds, it's not the teeth that are grinding. It's the shift collar grinding into the drive points on the side of the gear. No teeth damage is done.
However, if the collar gets beat up enough, and the gear drive points get beat up enough, it can jump out of gear. It can also make engaging that same gear difficult.
If it shifts fine, and it doesnt jump out of gear, you are ok.
Change your clutch fluid, and set your clutch rod to zero freeplay. Search these for details they are important and must be done correctly.
This will likely eliminate your grinds.
