Ground wire system
How come when I tried installing a ground wire system/voltage stabalizer, my battery sparked at the end when I applied that spiral disk holding all the wires? I could have sworn I grounded all the wires in all the correct 5 places, like the directions said. My friend said it replaces wither the pos or neg terminal on my battery. So in this case, one of them would be unplugged. Which one?
It's normal to see a small spark when connecting the ground cable to a battery, you are completing the car's main electrical circuit.
As far as a grounding "system" doing anything, the only thing they are effective at is making the car heavier and your wallet lighter.

A grounding kit is about as useful as a turd on your shoulder.

how do I ground the VTEC solenoid? Where is it? Got pics? I would only use one wire then if I chose to ground that only?
it's as useful as running a grounding wire from your nuts to your steering wheel.
just a thought, i may be wrong, but..........
your alternator produces a/c which is then rectified and regulated internally to 13+ volt d/c. This runs your ignition, not your battery. your battery is a storage battery and meant for vehicle starting and then the electronics are engine powered.
your alternator is grounded by being bolted directly to your engine block. your spark plugs are grounded by being threaded directly into the head. sounds to me like a pretty good ground system as is.
d/c current flows from negative to positive in a complete loop. why not pay attention to the positive side of the loop?
grounding may be of help for accessories using the body as a ground.
