there is a loose in the left door handle from outside.
the loose is in the hole part of the handle..

how can i fix it.

a loose what? loose handle, loose screw? just saying loose doesn't tell us anything. can you take a picture of what you are describing?

 

Is your door handle wiggling around?

In any case, whatever is loose will most likely require accessing the door handle from behind. You'll need to remove the interior door panel and check it out from the other side.
