Default Hard to get into 1st gear

I'm having no luck with my drivetrain I have a cc stage 4 clutch, new steel braided line and fluid. I put in a metal shifter collar, greased it very well tried oem mtf and gm synchromess friction modified trans fluids. I have to really force it into 1st gear and 2nd feels very notchy engine on or off all other gears are smooth, I think it's the trans any thoughts or suggestons would be great.

Is your clutch master cylinder adjusted properly? When you let go of the clutch, does the car start moving when the pedal is barely off the floor board?

Very high chance you have air in the line.

If you didn't unbolt the slave to bleed, air is most likely your problem.

Yes clutch master is adjusted and car doesn't move when clutch is depressed. I really think it's in the trans I can feel resistance moving the shifter to the left in neutral like maybe shift fork problem?

It acts the same if the engine is off and I changed clutch line about 2 months ago, it's been fine till a few weeks ago it started to get hard to put into 1st gear so I tried the gm fluid yesterday. It drove great for 30 minutes then came to a red light and it would not go into first unless I really jam it in no grinds or anything just a lot of force. I did break a axle launching at the track a few weeks ago maybe caused some damage?

What does that mean? This is what my car is doing, moves when barely off the floor, only does it sometimes, and will get bad chatter and weird noises, other times shows no problems. Before it happened car was hard getting into gear

This means your clutch master is leaking, air in line, old dirty fluid, clutch free play is out of adjustment, or worn pressure plate. Anyone of those problems could be your problem.

So basically it means that when you press clutch all the way to floor, the clutch is not being disengaged as much as it should be.

It may even be dragging a little and never fully disengaging. This will make shifting rough, and cause other issues too.

So anything between clutch pedal and slave cylinder push rod could be at fault. Pedal adjustment, Air in fluid, old dirty fluid, bad MC, bad slave, etc. Could even be more than one of these.

I'm definitely having syncro problem i can only get into first if I go into 2nd then shift to 1st right away other than that I must really force it in. I wish some one made syncro replacement set from what I seen you can't buy just the syncro from honda comes with the hole gear set.
