Hard to shift
If im parked and need to shift into 1st or reverse its nearly impossible to get it into gear sometimes. This happens more with reverse than first and after playing with it for a few mins it finally goes in. It seems to be getting worse and worse but, while moving everything seems to be perfect.
Also the clutch seems a little weak like it may be giving less feed back and is easier to depress..
The car is a MY 03 with 47k miles clutch was replaced at 32k miles at a dealer (not honda) the day before i bought it. I changed all fluids around that time as well.

lubricate the shifter as per the TSB, it worked wonders on my 02.

I'm am not familiar at all with the clutch master cylinder. I looked online and see some pictures of the part in the engine bay, but is part of it inside the car as well. I did notice that the part inside the car that the clutch connects to was leaking a very small amount of black sludge.

I agree with the first service bulletin.
There is also another service bulletin (?) that describes greasing the clutch fork at all points of engagement (fork ends, pivot, and where slave cylinder push rod engages) as well as the splines on the shaft near the clutch disk. Getting grease on the splines is a real PITA because access is so limited. I ended up using a bent coat hanger with grease on the end to get through the spring fingers on the clutch. Putting grease on the splines allows the clutch disk to slide away from the flywheel easier thus making it easier to get into gear when stopped.

In the MY00 car I used to have the clutch cylinder had a minor leak and squeked too. I drove it this way for about a year. Be sure to change your clutch master cylinder fluid about twice per year as the clutch has a lot more use than the brakes and tends to turn black quickly.
