hard to shift from neutral
But can't it also be a clutch master cylinder? If I play around with the stick it will slide in everygear .. just when I try to pop it in like normal it won't sometimes... so... i step in the clutch and put into first... I hit a wall but if I put it back then into third then back into first it will go in... does that for all gears... my clutch paddle does get stuck sometimes mostly at like 7 or above rpms to sometimes
That is consistent with a dragging clutch. You manage to get a higher gear to engage, it will more easily engage lower gears that had previously been impossible.
The master cylinder on these cars is very reliable. Doesn't fail often (though they will leak a bit sometimes from rear seal, especially if fluid isn't maintained well). Slave cylinder also very reliable.
Your symptoms are consistent with clutch drag. If your fluid is clean, and no air in lines, and clutch rod adjusted properly, next most likely cause to look at is clutch disk itself, broken spring, etc.

Fix the easy stuff first. Replace the dirty clutch fluid, etc. You need to do that anyway.
A new clutch that exhibits clutch drag, males me think either clutch rod is not adjusted right, or not enough or wrong lube applied to clutch splines.
Make sure rod adjusted properly, since that is easy and free.
What lube was applied to clutch splines and who applied it?

Change the clutch mc fluid often - every oil change. Not necessarily bleed it every oil change; but turkey baste it out every oil change.
A very small volume/amount of fluid is used in the clutch mc system/lines; so it gets dirty 1000x quicker than the brake system/lines.
