I picked up a used oem hardtop, but ran into some fitment trouble. When removing the latch, I found that it was held on with one screw..... the other had the head broken off.
The threads are stripped so the screw just spins around. There is enough of the screw left to grab with vice grips but I can't pull it out.

I drilled out the center of the screw so I could break it, but I'm having trouble doing so any ideas on what to try next?
