I'm thinking about getting a used hardtop off a 2001 S. I own a 2002 model and have been told that there might be some differences which would not allow the 2001 hardtop to fit. Has anyone tried this? Please help...

Hardtop fits no problem. BUT the installation is probably not enough. There are various model year installation kits that you will have to cross reference to see what parts you need.

<But intuitively thinking, since your car is a newer model year, with the 2001 installation kit, you might actually have too much stuff and will throw away parts!... but I am not sure.. you might get lucky!>
