A it's illegal....
B you can't....sorry it's electronic....

Only way is to replace the ECU...then you are at zero....i.e. if you are buying used and the miles just seem too low they probably are.....

Just curious....There is no harm in asking right???
doesn't mean I plan to do it.... let me put it this way ...knowledge is never harmfull... just because you know do mean you will use it for a bad cause....
