Having car dynoed tomorrow

Having my car dynoed tomorrow for a VAFC installation. Is there anything I should watch for to make sure the shop is doing everything they are supposed to? I am a little new to this.

the AFR...if its NA dont go beyond 13.5 :1...FI 12.5 :1

I will post my results this weekend. The mods I have are a Spoon Exhaust, AEM CAI. and a VAFC. I also have a Spoon X Brace.
