I just had the headlight enclousres replaced under warranty (the clear coating or what ever it is was coming off). That being said the head lights were not alligned properly. I've read multiple posts about the passenger side supposed to be higher and it is. The problem is I had a perfect cut off straight across before the factory lenses were replaced and now I have a ____ \____/ and the passenger bulb is much dimmer then the drivers side. The passenger side looks like what ever creates the cutoff on the bulb is no longer there.

Can anyone provide me with some advice on this?

I'd like to see some pictures of other headlights against a wall...there gonna think I'm crazy at the dealership but I sware the cutoff was perfect.

 

Well I got my answer although haven't tested it tonight. I got a few different responses to what was wrong.

1) bad bulb
2) bulb inserted improperly
3) allignment was wrong

I think it's number 2 because when ever I've worked with HID kits the cutoff (hood) sits over the top of the bulb and this definitly looked like the hood was on the bottom instead of the top.
